TactX Privacy Policy and Terms of Service

This policy describes how TactX handles information. It is written for Apple App Store and Google Play review, including Apple’s requirement that a privacy policy be available and accurate.

No TactX account
TactX does not create user accounts, does not run a TactX cloud, and does not require you to register. We do not operate a login.
Data stored only on your device
Tactics, player names and numbers you type, formations, kits, sequences, hops, camera settings and similar board data are stored locally on the device (Hive / on-device files). They leave the device only if you export, share, or save a file yourself. Uninstalling the App deletes this local library unless you previously exported it.
When the App uses the network
The App is designed to work offline for drawing tactics. A network connection is used only when you:
(a) purchase, restore or manage TactX Premium through Apple App Store or Google Play; or
(b) choose to watch a rewarded advertisement to unlock a free-tier export.

We do not sell, rent or trade personal data.

Purchases (lifetime, not a subscription)
TactX Premium is a one-time In-App Purchase (product ID tactx_pro), not an auto-renewable subscription. Apple or Google process payment. TactX only receives an entitlement (Premium or free) so watermark, export quality, sequence/hop limits and saved-board limits can be applied. We do not see your full card number. Restore Purchases re-reads the store receipt on this or another device signed into the same store account.
Advertising and tracking
There are no interstitial ads and no banner ads on the pitch. Free-tier export may show an optional Google AdMob rewarded video after you confirm. If you tap “No, thanks”, the export does not run.
AdMob and related SDKs may process device and advertising identifiers under their own policies (for example Google’s advertising privacy terms). On iOS, App Tracking Transparency may ask permission before tracking across apps and websites. You can refuse. You can also limit ad tracking in system settings.
SKAdNetwork identifiers declared in the App are used for ad measurement as described by Apple.
Photos and sharing
If you save an image or video to the photo library, the App requests permission to add files (it does not need full library read access for that). Share sheets use the system share UI. Files you create (PNG, MP4, tactic backups) belong to you.
Children
The App is not directed at children under 13. Do not put another person’s personal data into player names.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (including GDPR/KVKK where applicable), you may request information about processing. Because we do not host a TactX user database, most board data exists only on your device: delete it in the App or by uninstalling. For store payments and ads, use Apple, Google or the ad network’s tools.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy if billing, ads or storage change. The version shown in the App for your language applies.

Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of TactX: Tactical Board & Animation (bundle ID com.gokhas.tactx). If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the extent required by Apple. Where Apple’s standard EULA and these Terms both apply, Apple’s mandatory terms for Licensed Applications control in case of conflict with Apple.

Licence
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, as allowed by the store. You may not reverse engineer the App (except where the law forbids this restriction), resell the binary, or circumvent free-tier limits (including by removing the watermark through screen recording to bypass export rules).
Free tier
A watermark may appear on the editor, playback, screenshots and exports. Free export is 720p with watermark and, if you agree, a rewarded ad. Limits include up to 3 sequences and 10 hops per tactic, and up to 2 saved tactics on the device. Basic drawing tools (selection, straight / dotted / curve arrows) are included. Some tools (for example zone paint, training objects, set pieces) may be marked Coming Soon and are not yet available.
TactX Premium (lifetime)
Premium is unlocked by a one-time In-App Purchase (product ID tactx_pro). There is no auto-renewal and no subscription period. It removes the watermark, allows 1080p and 4K export without ads, 60 fps where offered, 3D cameras, and removes sequence, hop and saved-tactic caps as implemented in the current version. Features listed as Coming Soon are not part of the paid grant until they ship.
Purchase, taxes, refunds and family sharing follow Apple or Google store rules. Use Restore Purchases if you reinstall. Deleting the App does not cancel a store purchase; the entitlement remains with your store account.
Your content
You are responsible for names, images and tactics you put on the board. Do not use unlawful, infringing or abusive material. TactX is a coaching and content tool, not an official match record.
Availability
Tactics are designed to work offline. Store and ads need a network. We do not guarantee third-party store, ad network or OS behaviour.
Disclaimer
The App is provided “as is”. We are not liable for tactics lost if you uninstall without exporting, or for coaching or publishing decisions based on a drawing, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Termination
If you materially breach these Terms we may withhold Premium features on that installation. Store purchases remain subject to Apple or Google.
Governing terms
The laws of the storefront from which you downloaded the App apply, together with any mandatory consumer protections in your country. The in-app language you selected (English or Turkish) is the version that applies in the App.
